Lext Playbooks is a platform which allows users to define a set of queries to automate document reviews.

Our mission is to ease the administrative burden of small-businesses and law-firms by turning multi-hour manual document review processes into mere moments.

Features

1. Playbooks
   Playbooks are a set of pre-defined queries used to run a review over a document, batch of documents, or a dataset.

2. Workspaces
   A workspace is an isolated environment which allows resources to be grouped and shared with colleagues.

3. Collections
   Collections are a way to organise your resources across your Playbooks application.
   

4. Precedents
   Precedents allow you to customise your Word export format by uploading your own branded template and configuring fields.
   

5. Datasets
   Datasets are a group of related documents, such as an entire legal matter-file, which users may query through chat.
   Note: it is currently not possible to run a Playbook over a dataset

6. Reviews
   When reviewing a document, users may select whether or not to save the session and view it again in future. Batch documents are always saved, but may be deleted.
